Gleam Clean Vegas does not guarantee the removal of stains like rust, mildew, or those caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance. All areas must be free of clutter before cleaning. Clients are responsible for notifying Gleam Clean Vegas about any items or surfaces requiring special care.
We are not liable for damage resulting from faulty or improperly installed items. However, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace damaged items. We are also not responsible for any harm caused to pets or people by our cleaning products, though we can use products provided by clients if necessary.
If special care is needed during cleaning, it is the client's duty to inform Gleam Clean Vegas. Pets, including dogs, should be secured during cleanings, as we are not responsible for their care if left out.
All surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, hardwood floors) are assumed to be sealed and safe to clean without causing damage. Furniture on wood floors should have proper protection in place. Important items should be stored away during cleaning to prevent accidents.
Clients have 24 hours to report any issues or complaints to Gleam Clean Vegas. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us within this timeframe, and we will return to correct any issues at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to areas affected by subsequent use after the service. After 24 hours, the company is not accountable.
We cannot ensure that cleanings will be completed by a specific time, as this depends on the scope of work. If clients need the cleaning to be completed by a certain time, they must inform us before the cleaning begins.
Gleam Clean Vegas reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a home is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a health risk to our cleaners.
Notice
We only clean windows and other surfaces that can be reached with a 2-step ladder. For safety reasons, no other work should be performed while we are cleaning. The presence of other workers or too many people in the house may result in inaccurate estimates. Any additional work being done in the house while our team is cleaning may impact the cost and time required to complete the job to your satisfaction.
Heavy furniture will not be moved. If surfaces are excessively dirty, prices may change as cleaners may need to spend additional time on those areas. Cleaners will not clean areas filled with clutter or covered in hazardous materials, including but not limited to human and animal waste.
If you request your refrigerator to be cleaned, it must be emptied beforehand. Our cleaners will not handle food to prevent cross-contamination.
